Due to
elbow tendonitis in 2005 that sidelined me for most of the year, I took
advantage of an outstanding opportunity with The Ball Group, Inc., a
highly successful and respected brokerage firm in south Florida (over $300
million in sales in 2005 and Gold Coast Builder’s Sales Team of the Year!)
Their main clientel are developers who hire Allen Ball's firm to consult,
market, and sell upcoming communities. I was brought on to start up an
untapped market within the firm; outside brokerage. In 2005, I
personally sold over $6 million in new home sales! I truly enjoyed the
process as I was able to put my business/marketing degree from UNC to good
use!
